Chief Financial Officer

Operationally oriented CFO to lead all financial aspects of a high growth life sciences company, insuring financial planning, budgeting, analysis, controls and reporting.

Incumbent will work closely with department heads and develop and share metrics across the organization to build financial understanding and achieve aggressive growth plans. CFO will build a lean finance team as the company grows.

Incumbent will ensure strong financial controls, including managing audits, while supporting an entrepreneurial and performance driven culture.

CFO will be energetic, stellar communicator as well as an open and supportive team builder.  CFO will enjoy learning the business, from our manufacturing partners to our key customers and will be passionate about building a company and its infrastructure to listen to customers: companion animal veterinarians.
