The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up our client&#8217;s flagship office in Los Angeles and will ideally bring with them a network of contacts of Veterinary practices/surgeons in this location. The incumbent will be responsible for generating new leads via mail and cold calling, arranging and also performing demonstrations of the product and managing new installations.</p>
<p>Qualifications include experience in veterinary sales and it is preferred the successful candidate will have software sales experience.Our client is offering a competitive salary and company car and will be interviewing on February 22nd for this role in Las Vegas.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The purpose of this position is to provide leadership to Animal Health Services teams and to provide guidance on strategic development and alignment with the long-range goals of our client&#8217;s organization. The incumbent will provide organizational leadership in the area of animal health and welfare. Responsibilities include providing strategic and budget oversight, participating in long- and short-term strategic development, promoting and facilitating development of internal leaders and experts, collaboration with other program and infrastructure departments and external groups, tracking departmental success through objective metrics and subjective evaluations, integrating programs to optimize services, manage costs, and maximize impact, developing medical record processes designed to improve services and efficiencies, collect/analyze animal welfare/program data for public/professional consumption, negotiating program specific contracts designed to generate program supporting income, developing communication processes, gathering input and gaining consensus when appropriate, performing annual performance reviews and recommending salaries and promotions, developing key influencer relationships, providing communications department with data and experts to support mediate initiatives and manage staff.</p>
<p>Qualifications include a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree, preferred board-certification, MBA or extensive business and leadership training, minimum of 7 years as a leader in an animal welfare/health organization, experience in marketing and corporate relations , solid knowledge of the animal welfare/health industry, ability to develop business strategies in line with the organization&#8217;s goals, must bridge diverse areas of expertise: medicine/surgery, toxicology, behavior, research, business strategy and marketing. Leadership and staff development skills are key, experience working with unions is helpful.</p>

<p>The Senior Officer is responsible for raising major gift revenue from high net-worth individuals. This position works closely with the planned giving department. This position will be responsible for direct reports. Qualifications include a Bachelor&#8217;s degree, strong sales or fundraising experience with three to five years of demonstrated success raising 5 to 6 figure gifts. Strong management experience developing and managing a sales/fundraising team. Understanding of sales or fundraising best practices and ability to execute a tactical plan. Results-oriented. Excellent organizational, interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills are required. Experience working with a  database, building reports, running queries and maintaining accurate records.</p>

<p>International Territory Manager-Animal Safety-Caribbean, Latin America, Miami, Puerto Rico, The incumbent is responsible for maximizing sales, increasing market share and building a strong international distributor network for our client&#8217;s animal safety productions internationally. <span id="more-3162"></span>The incumbent will call on customers and prospects to identify customer needs and inform them of new and existing products and services. Other responsibilities include developing lists of prospects, communicating with customer base, achieving or exceeding sales budgets, developing and recommending pricing strategies, representing company and analyzing industry trade shows and meetings to promote products and services, increasing market and competitive knowledge and identifying new product for distribution.
