 Our client is looking for a web designer/developer with a sharp eye and an ability to communicate effectively. An expertise in creating clean production-ready designs for web applications as well as proficiency in front end (table-less) development, employing HTML/XHTML/CSS and some JavaScript are a must. The designs and code should have a focus on web best practices. CSS3 or jQuery experience is a plus.  Expertise in Dreamweaver, Photoshop, capable of working in a rapidly changing environment and being proactive are essential. This role will complete various e-marketing tactics including updating the website via web admin interface, building enewsletter templates, developing new site features/functionality, micro-sites, work in coordination with internal IT and support external marketing applications.

Qualifications include developing, implementing, and maintaining internal and external websites and/or web based applications. Creating reusable CSS to modern standards. Current awareness of web standards/best practices. An in-depth knowledge of HTML/CSS JavaScript (specifically JQuery) Knowledge of CSS3/HTML5 is a plus but not required. Experience working with e-mail marketing applications (email template development), maintaining websites, and search engine optimization (SEO). A basic understanding of Google Analytics for reporting and analysis. Collaborate with the internal team and clients to develop concepts and execute ideas.

The Sr. Global Procurement Manager leads worldwide purchasing activities of the company for raw materials and chemical feed additives; trace organic minerals, enzymes, yeasts, mycotoxin binders, probiotics, organic acids, vitamins, and aqua products. General responsibilities:

· Implement cost reduction and service improvement projects around the world, that would offset inflation over the long term

· Provide capability leadership and long range planning to procure materials necessary for organizational sites and toll manufacturing in support of growth plans.

· Establish purchasing policies and procedures for implementation worldwide.

He/she should have comprehensive experience in complex negotiations within a global strategic sourcing environment and will need to be mature and confident enough to communicate effectively within a highly specialized market.

Flexibility, hard work, leadership and a minimum 5 years of direct experience in Procurement departments leading highly-matrixed global teams are all critical to succeed.

Experience in manufacturing, ISO/GMP/FAMI-QS, ERP/MRP systems and a second language would be plus.

Education/Credentials

Candidates will possess a degree in engineering/chemistry or BA/BS in Business Administration or a related field and technical knowledge in chemistry, engineering, biology and/or fermentation.

Experience of 5 to 10 years in similar positions is required.

An MBA or MS in Purchasing/procurement or similar area is preferred.

Interpersonal skills are necessary to provide advertising direction within and outside the agency. Business writing-strategic documents and written interaction with client-required.
