			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The primary purpose and function of the Associate Doctor is to ensure the highest quality of veterinary care and client education. The Associate Doctor mentors an effective and productive veterinary medical team, advocates for Pets, educates clients on all aspects of Pet health, ensures a safe and effective hospital environment and improves both the medical quality and business performance of the hospital.  The incumbent will diagnose, treat and control diseases and injuries in Pet&#8217;s, will perform surgery on Pets and will prescribe and administer drugs and vaccines as appropriate.  The incumbent will ensure patient satisfaction and will help to expand the patient base through client referrals.</p>
<p>Qualifications include a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine or equivalent degree, license in good standing with the state veterinary board, license with the Drug Enforcement Agency, proven ability to perform all basic surgeries as well as 2+ years of clinical practice experience.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The National Account Manager identifies and establishes partnerships with distributors to support the sales of products to veterinarians by promoting sales and providing tools and education to veterinary distributor personnel in order to achieve the sales budget.  The incumbent will develop an annual distributor plan which will include annual purchase goals, margin plan, distributor sales representative commission and incentive plan, rebate/purchase incentives, product marketing/promotions, distributor programs, advertising, training of distributor field representatives and distributor branches and meetings. Will be accountable for the monthly reporting of distributor sales activities to senior management. This report will contain a summary of the sales numbers versus budget, activities executed during the month and plans moving forward to achieve budgeted targets.   Will motivate, guide and provide education to distributor sales representatives. The National Account Manager is responsible for creating and executing the educational curriculum for the distributor sales representatives.  This position is also responsible and accountable for the timely delivery of the sales tools the distributor reps will use to promote the product line. The National Account Manager is responsible for creating and executing the activities surrounding the annual distributor national sales meetings and individual regional meetings. Recruiting the assistance of regional managers and territory managers is essential to completing this responsibility.</p>
<p>Qualifications include a Bachelors degree. 8-10 years of animal health sales experience. 3-5 years of regional management or distributor management experience.  Travel requirement up to 75% of the time. Demonstrated understanding of selling, negotiating, finance, training, coaching and managing others.  Selling skills, outstanding account planning and management strategies are critical for the position.  Bachelors degree required.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Medical Director is responsible for ensuring high quality medicine and an outstanding client experience in each of the MULTIPLE hospitals that they supervise. They will achieve this goal through recruiting, hiring, coaching and supervising veterinarians and by working with field directors to ensure the presence of outstanding paraprofessional teams.</p>
<p>In addition, Medical Directors partner with field staff to ensure outstanding business practices and a high degree of professionalism in each hospital. Medical Directors are expected to teach medical and surgical skills and to evaluate performance through frequent visits to hospitals. </p>
<p>Qualifications include a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent foreign degree is required. A minimum of two years leadership experience and three years clinical experience is required, with proven ability to perform all basic surgeries, including use of all standard medical instruments and equipment. At the time of hire, an active veterinary license in good standing and related controlled substance licenses are required for the state in which the majority of the MD&#8217;s hospitals exist. For any additional states where the MD has hospitals at the time of hire, or if a new territory is acquired, necessary licenses must be obtained at the next available licensing date. All licenses must remain active for each state in which the Medical Director has hospital responsibility.</p>

<p>We are seeking a veterinarian to contribute to our client&#8217;s success by leveraging scientific knowledge and creating collaborative relationships with internal and external customers by aligning with, and executing sales, marketing and research and development strategies. <span id="more-991"></span>Incumbent will provide technical support to regional sales consultants via work withs involving account visits, conducting educational seminars and supporting state and local meetings. Will enhance company awareness at veterinary schools through educational presentations to students and interaction with interns, residents and faculty. Will support Pharmacovigilance of companion animal products via adverse event reporting. Will provide technical expertise to sales through development and delivery of technical training materials.</p>
<p>Candidate must have a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) and 5 years of companion animal practice experience and must be willing to travel up to 75%.</p>
